IS FOREX TRADING A HOMEBUSINESS LIKE ANY OTHER?
A friend recently asked me, if she should not just switch to forex trading - as she saw see me doing successfully for about 15 year (although just as a hobby and part-time) and now she heard I'm using a software - a kind of robot, so actually the business runs itself.
You should know - to get the picture - my friend used to work as a tourist's guide, which is great in Summer, but a bit slow in Winter and money is scarce - what with things getting more expensive all the time..-:))
I daresay it's difficult to answer this question right on - without insulting your friend. If you say - don't do it, it's too difficult - she'll think, this cow thinks I'm too stupid - who does she think she actually is?
Let's put it in a symbolic manner: anybody can step on a surfboard and ride the waves. You may fall off a couple of times, must usually you'll be fine after 1hr of trying.
This kind of learning curve I would transform into 2-6 months of studying when doing forex trading.
Even then - lets get back to surfing again: with this basic knowledge of surfing, would you go out and ride on those famous surfing beaches in Hawaii, where only the hardliners go, because waves are so high and beautifully long? At the same time - a quite a few people drown there every season !
I think, that puts it somewhat into a perspective.

Although the salespage of the vendors says, you can start with very little money - a word of warning: if you don't have enough "playing money" just don't do it - you'll not have enough "spread" to cover your expenses.
